How to book

  • Fill out our Book a Party form. Please allow 24hrs for a response ~We will also send a response if we are unavailable. If you send us a message Friday – Sunday, we will respond by Monday. If you do not receive a response from us, please email us at: monkievents@gmail.com
  • Horray! If we are available, we will respond with an Event Proposal where you will be able to; view the proposed services, confirm the payment schedule, sign the contract, and make your first payment
  • After Your initial payment is made, we will work together to customize your event!
  • We will arrive 1-2hrs before your event for Setup. Pick up is as soon as your rental time ends, we require 45min after your event for Breakdown. Decor Rentals are subject to a day-before drop off and a day-after pickup

Weather and CAncelation policies

  • High temperatures heat up our equipment faster than you think!! Hot equipment can cause burns on your little one’s skin and overall, does not provide a safe or fun environment. If you are booking during a warm season; please plan an indoor area as a backup should it exceed 85°F on the day of your event.
  • Any chance of rain on your date, as little as 1%,  will require the play zone to be indoors. If you are booking during the rainy season; please plan an indoor area as a backup should it rain on the day of your event.
  • Weather-Related Cancelations: Please prepare a secondary location such as; Garage, Living/Dining Room. If you would like to proceed with canceling, please refer to our regular cancelation policies.
  • Event Style & Decor Cancelation: We begin purchasing items for your event as soon as you pay the initial deposit. For that reason, any cancelation made 3 days after booking, will result in a pro-rated refund. Any cancelation made 1 week after booking, or beyond, will result in a complete loss of deposit. *usually by that time, we have already purchased and created all necessary detailed items for your event. Any cancelation made 7 days prior to the event date will result in the loss of your full payment.
  • Play Rental Cancelation: We understand that emergencies will happen and your event may need to be canceled. We ask for a 14-day notice of cancelation in order to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancelations made less than 7 days prior to the event date will result in the loss of your deposit. Any Cancelation made less than 5 days before your event date will result in the loss of your full payment.
